Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify speech and language deficits
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
- Provide educational support to patients and their families/caregivers
- Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Clinical fellowship year completion and certification of clinical competency
- Licensure with the State of Indiana
- 1-2 years of job-related experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
$65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
