Director of Speech and Language Services

HCH is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to our team's success. As a key member of our rehabilitation services, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, develop your skills and expertise, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of your interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify speech and language deficits
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
- Provide educational support to patients and their families/caregivers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed
Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Clinical fellowship year completion and certification of clinical competency
- Licensure with the State of Indiana
- 1-2 years of job-related experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
$75,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
