Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to work as a Speech and Language Pathologist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and providing educational support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient speech and language skills, utilizing various techniques and technologies.
  • Develop and coordinate treatment protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure seamless care delivery and address any changes in patient condition.
  • Engage patients and their families in the care process, educating them on proper techniques for supporting patient recovery.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must hold a master's degree or equivalent in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Additionally, you should possess certification of clinical competency and licensure with the State of Indiana. A minimum of 1-2 years of job-related experience is preferred.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
