About the Position:

School-Based Behavior Consultation is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech and language services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. As a valuable member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with professionals from various disciplines and develop new, innovative programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement speech and language assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and implement speech and language treatment goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with professionals from other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide parent training, parent involvement, and communication with families across screenings, assessments, and treatment programs
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders
  • Professional speech and language license by the State of Indiana Department of Health
  • ASHA certificate of clinical competence
  • Minimum 3 years' clinical experience in providing speech and language treatment infusing behavioral principles and techniques with individuals on the autism spectrum and with related disabilities
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000-$80,000 annually, based on experience and location. This includes benefits such as professional growth opportunities, collaboration with experienced professionals, and flexible scheduling.
