About the Role

This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating patient communication skills, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate patient speech and language abilities, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  2. Design and implement effective treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
  3. Provide education and support to patients and their caregivers on strategies for enhancing communication skills.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  5. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in speech and language pathology.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a master's degree or equivalent in Speech and Language Pathology, as well as certification of clinical competency and licensure with the State of Indiana. At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field is desired.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000-$115,000, based on qualifications and experience.
