ProKatchers is seeking a highly skilled Travel EEG Technician to join their team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the performance of various Neurophysiology procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of nerve and brain disorders.
- Perform competently two or more modalities of Neurophysiology studies, including EEG, EMU, LTM, ECI, and pruning Studies.
- Prepare patients for Neurophysiology studies, complete post-study paperwork, and maintain patient files.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff and physicians.
- Adhere to hospital and departmental guidelines and judgment during patient care.
- Graduation from a Neurophysiology or Neurodiagnostics program or a minimum of 1 year of experience and Neurophysiology Tech II competencies.
- Certified Neurodiagnostics Technologist or Neurophysiology Tech II competency achievement.
- Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.
