As a Client Relations Specialist, you will engage with customers daily, ensuring they receive an outstanding service experience. Your primary focus will be to understand their unique financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
You will be motivated to achieve personal and team goals, supporting your colleagues in their efforts as well. Your role may involve assisting at the Teller Line or collaborating with management on various projects.
Continuous training will equip you with the knowledge of our products and services, enabling you to stay informed about industry changes. You will also play a key role in promoting Mercantile Bank through community involvement and networking.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience in a retail sales environment
- Experience in needs-based selling and exceptional customer service
- Preferred experience in Retail Banking
This position typically operates during standard banking hours, with occasional Saturday shifts and potential evening or weekend community activities.
