Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing federally and state-funded programs that provide assistance to low- and moderate-income families. Your primary focus will be on ensuring proper procurement of service providers, preparing and managing contracts, and monitoring agencies for overall contract and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and manage budgets effectively. You must also have a strong knowledge of federal and state regulations, as well as contract management skills.
