Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide quality clinical services to patients in various community settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with organizational philosophy, policy, and standards of community health practice.
  • Perform admissions process and case management responsibilities in accordance with MGB Healthcare at Home's policies and standards of practice.
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including assessment, teaching, treatment, documentation, and care coordination.
  • Utilize thorough and timely electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communications to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
  • Current Massachusetts license as Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum of one year previous nursing experience in an acute care setting, with prior home care experience preferred.
  • Ability to work with various computer software and knowledge of hand-held patient care computer devices preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and electronically.
  • Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work, and adapt to changing situations.
