Job Summary:

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a nursing job in the community.

Responsibilities:

* Provide quality, clinical services to patients in various settings.
* Deliver patient care within organizational philosophy, policy, and standards of community health practice.
* Perform admissions process and case management responsibilities in accordance with MGB Healthcare at Home's policies and standards of practice.
* Provide skilled nursing care, including assessment, teaching, treatment, documentation, and care coordination.
* Demonstrate high-quality customer service and financial awareness.

Requirements:

* Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
* Current Massachusetts license as Registered Nurse
* Minimum of one-year previous nursing experience in an acute care setting
* Ability to work with various computer software and knowledge of hand-held patient care computer devices
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work with a diverse population
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and electronically
* Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers
* Ability to organize and prioritize work, and adapt to changing situations
* Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and adapt to unpredictable circumstances
