Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Services Supervisor to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our Food and Nutrition Services Department, you will be responsible for supervising patient services workers, ensuring timely delivery of nourishments and snacks, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. You will work closely with our clinical staff to ensure all patients' basic nutrition care needs are met, and assist in inventory management, restocking pantries and refrigerators, and maintaining temperature logs.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise patient services workers during meal service and ensure they follow established protocols and procedures.
  • Deliver nourishments and/or snacks to patients as ordered by physician/dietitian in a timely manner.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety by following assigned cleaning schedules and completing other sanitation tasks as assigned.
  • Inventory and re-stock pantries, refrigerator, and freezers on assigned unit(s).
  • Maintain temperature logs for unit refrigerators and freezers.
  • Assist clinical staff in ensuring all patients' basic nutrition care needs are met.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Patient Services Supervisor required.
  • Demonstrates leadership, interpersonal, communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Bilingual abilities preferred but not required.
