We are looking for an exceptional Service Excellence Leader to join our team at Pix Hospitality in San Antonio, TX.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing successful, quality shifts by consistently utilizing systems and tools. You will also train, coach, and counsel Team Members and facilitate their development, ensuring all Team Members have a development plan in place and follow up continually. Additionally, you will evaluate Team Member performance semi-annually and maintain professional restaurant and Team Member image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage successful, quality shifts.
  • Train, coach, and counsel Team Members.
  • Maintain professional restaurant and Team Member image.
  • Evaluate Team Member performance semi-annually.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years recent experience as a FOH Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Manager for a stand-alone full-service, casual /upscale restaurant w/ $2M+ average annual volume.
  • 2+ years experience managing the kitchen of a stand-alone restauarant.
  • Ability to reliably commute to one of restaurant's locations in San Antonio, TX.
  • Ability to work 50-55 hrs/week.
  • Demonstrated success in business/financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated success managing food and labor cost at or below targets set by company.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
