Customer Service Representative

Trane Technologies is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gaithersburg, MD. As a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in coordinating service resources, dispatching team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate service resources, dispatch team members to projects, and schedule personnel, materials, and equipment based on project needs and availability.
  • Interact and communicate with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisors to assign and dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
  • Generate work orders, review project paperwork, and forward project paperwork to Project Administrators.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate on the phone.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily interruptions.
  • Detailed-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends, as required.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Compensation:

Total Target Compensation: $38,000 - $52,000. Our commission plans grow over time with a successful employee's growing pipeline, and some sales professionals may eventually move to 100% commission.
