Position Overview:

The Guest Services Coordinator at Kisco Senior Living is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service at the front desk, fostering a welcoming, safe, and friendly environment for all residents and visitors.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entry and exit of residents and guests within the community.
  • Assist residents with their inquiries and requests as necessary.
  • Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism.
  • Ensure the front desk and entrance area are tidy and presentable.
  • React promptly to emergencies and coordinate with emergency services.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Bring a positive attitude to work each day.
  • Possess strong customer service abilities.
  • Have 6 months to 1 year of experience in front desk, receptionist, or resident relations roles.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Experience in senior living or hospitality is advantageous.
