Job Overview

We are in search of a Client Relations Specialist to enhance our customer service operations. In this capacity, you will be tasked with managing customer inquiries, processing transactions, and delivering exceptional service to foster high levels of client satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a key role in nurturing positive interactions with both clients and sales personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Management: Efficiently handle sales transactions utilizing appropriate software, ensuring all essential details are accurate and complete.
  • Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries through various communication channels in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Product Support: Provide customers with detailed information regarding products, pricing, availability, and order updates.
  • Complaint Resolution: Proactively resolve customer issues and complaints, aiming for resolution on the first contact whenever feasible. Escalate more complex matters as necessary.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to streamline the sales process and guarantee efficient order fulfillment.
  • Administrative Duties: Offer administrative support to both internal and external sales teams.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and current client records are maintained in the ERP system, upholding data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Process Enhancement: Actively seek opportunities to refine processes and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Remain knowledgeable about product offerings, company policies, and industry developments to effectively assist the sales team and respond to customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role with similar responsibilities.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, keen attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Mindset: A customer-centric approach with a positive demeanor and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. A collaborative spirit is essential.
  • Additional Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is advantageous.
