PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and nurture essential relationships with clients and carriers through effective communication.
- Assist clients and team members with service inquiries and resolutions, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Recognize opportunities for cross-selling and recommend additional coverage options.
- Work collaboratively with the team to manage client renewals and ensure a smooth process.
- Drive marketing initiatives for designated accounts.
- Employ client management systems to update policies and foster productive client interactions.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and new offerings to deliver optimal solutions to clients.
- Guide and support fellow team members, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
- A minimum of five years' experience in the insurance sector.
- Possession of relevant insurance licenses.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills with strong communication proficiency.
- Competence in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Advanced degree in a related discipline.
- Industry-specific certification.
- Experience with Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
