Key Responsibilities:
- Possess in-depth technical expertise in Financial Services SaaS platforms.
- Act as a technical liaison within the Customer Success team.
- Communicate effectively with clients during complex SaaS-related incidents.
- Manage intricate triage processes, including troubleshooting and restoring production services.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient and effective problem resolution.
- Support both existing and cutting-edge technologies across our comprehensive software stack.
- Develop and implement technical tools and scripted solutions to automate and improve daily operations.
- Participate in an on-call rotation with fellow team members.
Required Skills:
- Experience in a SaaS environment.
- Hands-on technical background as a Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, Software Support Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with experience in direct client interactions.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Practical experience with Jira and ServiceNow or comparable project management/software development tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in supporting a Windows environment.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools for identifying potential failures and conducting forensic investigations.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Perl, or Python.
- Background in financial services or FinTech.
