We are currently seeking a qualified Dispatcher to enhance our large Dispatch department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective daily communication with drivers, including those operated by subcontractors. This role requires continuous monitoring of service to make proactive adjustments aimed at maximizing on-time performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently dispatch and schedule chauffeurs to ensure timely pick-ups.
  • Provide clear direction and support to chauffeurs to minimize delays and service disruptions.
  • Maintain constant communication with chauffeurs, management, and reservations staff.
  • Anticipate potential service or logistical challenges to prevent client dissatisfaction.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Prioritize incoming calls based on urgency and significance.
  • Input data into the computer system and maintain logs and records of activities.
  • Build solid relationships with drivers and customers to alleviate stress from last-minute schedule changes.

Qualifications:
