Facilities Maintenance Level II

At Jobot, we're seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Level II to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our production facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine facilities maintenance tasks, including floor cleaning, general cleaning, and window washing.
  • Empty trash and recyclables throughout the facility.
  • Painting and touch-ups as needed.
  • Conduct boiler maintenance, including blow-down and conductivity testing.
  • Perform end-of-shift shutdown activities, including securing access points and shutting down equipment.
  • Conduct monthly inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies and replace expired light bulbs.
  • Operate the Abcor waste treatment system during discharge cycles.
  • Communicate effectively with site personnel, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and promote a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
