Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance level ll to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing general facilities maintenance, boiler tending, and end-of-shift security.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine facilities maintenance tasks, including floor cleaning, general cleaning, window washing, and painting as needed.
  • Empty trash and recyclables throughout the production facility.
  • Conduct monthly inspections of spill carts, ladders, fire extinguishers, eye wash stations, and sprinkler systems.
  • Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies and replace expired light bulbs.
  • Operate the Abcor waste treatment system during discharge cycles.
  • Communicate effectively with site personnel, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and promote a safe working environment.
  • Report any suspicious or hazardous conditions to a supervisor immediately.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure.
