We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Howard-Sloan Search, Inc. in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient primary care setting, with a focus on family medicine and geriatrics.
  • Work collaboratively with an RN Team leader and designated MA to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Manage a patient load of 20-24 patients per day, with 36 patient care hours and 4 hours of administrative time built into the schedule.
  • Utilize Meditech Expanse EMR and Dragon dictation to streamline clinical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in New Hampshire (NH license preferred, temp licenses not accepted).
  • Experience in outpatient primary care, with a focus on family medicine and geriatrics.
  • Ability to work independently in a split office location between Whitefield and Littleton.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 8a-5p (with possibility of 4 days, 32 hrs/wk).
