Dental Territory Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Dental Medical Careers, Inc. in Albany, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations
  • Generate potential leads for future sales
  • Set and exceed sales quotas
  • Track and report sales in an organized manner
  • Communicate effectively with other members of the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong work ethic and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
  • Ability to travel to do business
  • 2+ years of current dental sales experience in the desired territory

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base: $70,000 - $90,000
  • OTE: $200K+ uncapped (beginning $1)
  • Full benefits include Medical, Dental, 401K, Vision, Car Allowance, PTO, All expenses paid

Travel Requirements:

  • Overnight travel: 30%
