We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Marcone HVAC. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for calling on new and existing customers to drive sales growth, promote new products, and resolve customer issues. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through timely and effective communication
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote new products and services
  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
