About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global partnerships strategy and drive business growth through strategic alliances. As Vice President of Global Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with Mastercard's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global partnership strategy that drives business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead a high-performing team of partnership professionals and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, negotiate, and execute partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and cultivate new relationships to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partnership integration and drive business results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify strategic partnership opportunities.
About You
  • Proven track record of success in global partnerships, sales, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of the global identity ecosystem and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • International experience and a global network of industry contacts preferred.
