Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels by identifying, labeling, and organizing materials and supplies in designated areas.
  • Order Fulfillment: Retrieve and verify materials and supplies according to production orders, ensuring timely delivery to workstations.
  • Material Delivery: Maintain in-process inventory by efficiently delivering and unpacking materials at various work centers.
  • Documentation: Record the disposition of materials and supplies, including units delivered and their respective locations.
  • Returns Processing: Manage the return of materials from production by verifying codes, lot numbers, and quantities before restocking.
  • Shipping Preparation: Prepare finished products for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, and securing items for transport.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Conduct pre-use inspections and perform minor repairs on material-handling equipment to ensure operational readiness.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to team objectives by achieving related results and supporting colleagues as needed.
