Job Title: Water Mitigation Laborer

Apex Restoration DKI is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Water Mitigation Laborer to join our team. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for conducting water mitigation operations, including demolition, cleanup, and loading/unloading work vans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend daily morning meetings to determine daily schedules and receive direction from the Lead Technician.
  • Perform demolition, cleanup, and loading/unloading work vans, while maintaining a neat and clean work site and adhering to OSHA requirements and Apex Restoration DKI policies.
  • Work in confined spaces and handle hazardous materials, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and foster positive relationships.
  • Refer customer questions to the Mitigation Superintendent and ensure every job site is clean and safe at all times.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication, organization, teamwork, and accuracy skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 100lbs and climb ladders.
  • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • No felony convictions.
