Job Summary

We're seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator / Member Management Agent to play a key role in supporting our members and ensuring they have a seamless experience with bmiMD. As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service to members through efficient email and phone responses, resolving issues, and offering clear resolutions.
  • Serving as a point of contact for members throughout their wellness journey, keeping them informed of order updates, shipping statuses, and necessary information regarding their care.
  • Acting as a resource for patients regarding GLP-1s and other products developed by bmiMD.
  • Making follow-up calls to ensure member satisfaction and using retention techniques to minimize patient attrition.
Internal Responsibilities
  • Working closely with medical providers, pharmacies, and patients to coordinate a smooth process from intake to prescription delivery.
  • Gaining a strong understanding of all products offered by bmiMD and ensuring proficiency in discussing them with members.
  • Being open to training and coaching, and showing a willingness to learn new software and processes to improve member experience.
  • Being available to work some weekends, preferably alternating, to meet member needs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or medical-related role is preferred.
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
  • Quickly learning new information and adapting to new software and processes.
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and dedication to providing an exceptional experience for each member.
  • Enjoying working in a team and being comfortable coordinating between multiple stakeholders.
