  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our processes, procedures, and systems to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success in business development, project management, and team leadership.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) licensure, or the ability to obtain within six months of hire.
