Director of Environment of Care and Facilities Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Director of Plant Operations - Skilled Nursing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the physical environment of our communities to ensure compliance with Life Safety requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and train a team of maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our facilities meet the needs of our residents, patients, and staff.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to our maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
