Join Barcel USA as a Regional Sales Leader and drive business growth in your assigned geography. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve short- and long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships to drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of sales experience in consumer goods, management, sales, negotiation, finance, and team managing industry.
- Proven DSD experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically.
