Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Leader to join our team at Barcel USA. This is a key leadership role that will oversee the development of sales strategies and plans to drive growth in assigned geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve short- and long-term growth objectives
  • Audit commercial activities to ensure execution, market saturation, and product strategic plans are aligned with company goals
  • Influence distributors to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide ongoing sales support
  • Implement company strategy at the operative level within assigned territories and distributors
  • Ensure profitable growth for Barcel USA
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of sales experience in consumer goods, management, sales, negotiation, finance, and team managing industry
  • Proven DSD experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically
