We are a global vertical manufacturing company, supplying quality casual clothing and thermal underwear to major retailers in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
Our team is dedicated to providing a holistic approach to apparel manufacturing, encompassing all stages from ideation phase to final product distribution.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales with our key strategic retail partners, utilizing all available resources and managing long-term relationships with merchants and their various cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and report sales performance data to internal and external customers to drive sales for store and e-comm businesses.
- Analyze e-comm sales data, website traffic, and customer engagement metrics to identify trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Inventory Management teams to forecast sales and inventory needs for store and e-comm businesses.
- Identify areas of underperformance and work with the team to implement corrective measures.
- Assist in developing annual and quarterly sales plans and budgets based on data-driven insights.
- Lead and support day-to-day correspondence with retailer and internal cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Design and Merchandising in line development, based on sales-driven facts and opportunities.
- Manage costing requests along with communication to the customer.
- Secure, manage, and review detail confirmation of customer orders (store & E-comm); follow through with all asks from internal and external teams.
- Collaborate with internal replenishment team for order drops, IS, and replenishment.
- Manage all e-comm business for Kids and Men's categories; item set up, item maintenance, tracking logs, inventory re-work, and DSV forecasting.
- Manage the e-comm platform ensuring user-friendly navigation, product visibility, and a smooth checkout process.
- Monitor website performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
