Community Liaison

The Springs at Stony Brook is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Community Liaison to join our team. As a Community Liaison, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing exceptional support and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily support and assistance to residents, including clerical services, transportation coordination, and appointment scheduling.
- Assist residents with personal responsibilities, such as postal services, purchases, and laundry services.
- Help create a welcoming and engaged community by connecting residents and planning activities.
- Coordinate volunteers and paid instructors for activities such as yoga, massages, and other events.
- Take pictures and post on social media to promote the lifestyle and community.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining common areas.
- Coordinate activities with other departments as necessary.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of the nature of care provided to residents.
- Proven ability to maintain professional conduct and confidentiality.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Ability to follow procedures and direction.
- Professional ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Solid computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service and phone skills.
