Job Summary

The Springs at Stony Brook is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Community Liaison to join our team. As a Community Liaison, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing exceptional support and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support and assistance to residents, including clerical services, transportation coordination, and appointment scheduling.
  • Assist residents with personal responsibilities, such as postal services, purchases, and laundry services.
  • Help create a welcoming and engaged community by connecting residents and planning activities.
  • Coordinate volunteers and paid instructors for activities such as yoga, massages, and other events.
  • Take pictures and post on social media to promote the lifestyle and community.
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining common areas.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments as necessary.
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience in conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of the nature of care provided to residents.
  • Proven ability to maintain professional conduct and confidentiality.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
