Tucker, Albin & Associates is a leading commercial accounts management company seeking highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team at our Naperville location. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients over the phone and managing your client base each month.

Salary: $45,582.00 - $100,991.00 per year, based on experience + commissions

Job Overview:

  • Sell our services over the phone to prospective companies and manage a client base of commercial accounts.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline and achieve sales targets on a quarterly basis.
  • Work closely with sales executives to develop and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [X] years of experience in inside sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional phone skills and experience making a high volume of calls daily.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools and CRM experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, as well as listening and presentation skills.
