Key Responsibilities
This Senior Manager, Customer Retention will own our retention metrics and bring a general manager mindset to driving improvement across all markets and products. The role will develop comprehensive, multi-channel retention plans for partner and direct-to-consumer markets, determining the right tactics, offers/incentives, and messaging to ensure customers remain active. Additionally, the Senior Manager will manage and develop early-to-mid career high performing individual contributors and evaluate existing retention strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Consulting, PE/Banking, or in a B2C business focused on customer loyalty or retention strategy
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience with a track record of consistently recognizing and rewarding excellent performance
  • Experience working directly with Call Center teams on sales, retention, or customer loyalty initiatives
