Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Account Manager to generate sales by building relationships and trust via inbound & outbound calls. This role requires a goal-oriented individual who is comfortable working in an office setting, interacting with clients via phone, Zoom, or email, and is eager to join a high-growth company with unlimited opportunities for motivated professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute a sales strategy to grow our customer base, increase market share, and improve profit margins within your assigned territory.

  • Inbound & Outbound Sales: Proactively make sales calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce our products and services, and follow up promptly with customer inquiries.
  • Analyze customer data and trends to identify new opportunities and potential clients, ensuring a targeted and effective approach.
  • Negotiate competitive and profitable contracts with prospective clients to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records by documenting all sales activities in our internal CRM system.
  • Build strong relationships with customers using a mix of sales and marketing techniques, fostering loyalty and trust.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales or account management role with a hunter mentality—comfortable working with both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to quickly learn new products and services and leverage them effectively in the sales process.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of client interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (experience with EOS is a plus).
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
