The Patient Care Representative will be tasked with managing patient communications, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating appointment schedules. Essential qualifications for this position include:
- Completion of high school education or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic computer literacy
- Typing proficiency of 35-40 words per minute
- At least one year of experience in a healthcare environment
- Understanding of health insurance billing practices
