**Job Summary**

Facility Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our electrical construction crews and projects. As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and running crews involved in the installation or repair of electrical systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and direct subordinate crews in the installation of electrical equipment and systems.
  • Estimate and take-off jointly with the Project Manager to ensure accurate project scope and timelines.
  • Establish work schedules and man-loading charts to optimize crew productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor work performance and schedule according to job pace, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure crew safety performance and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to multitask while staying organized and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience in crew leading and acting as a foreman, with a proven track record of success.
