KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create precise electrical schematics, diagrams, and layouts for commercial applications.
  • Evaluate electrical designs for optimization and cost efficiency.
  • Design and maintain 3D representations of electrical systems for various projects.
  • Work in conjunction with other trades to ensure cohesive integration of electrical systems.
  • Engage with project leaders and supervisors to clarify design specifications.
  • Guarantee that all schematics comply with company standards, regulations, and specifications.
  • Perform site inspections to ensure accurate drafting and documentation.
  • Consistent and reliable on-site presence is essential.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial electrical engineering or drafting.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting tools.
  • Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and related guidelines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision in drafting.
  • Capability to convert engineering concepts into clear schematics.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proven teamwork skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position may require prolonged computer use and travel to various job sites. While on-site, exposure to diverse conditions may be encountered, including outdoor environments, mechanical/electrical components, heights, weather variations, and noise levels. Compensation Range: $80,000 - $145,000
