We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse II to join our team in the Adult Emergency Department. As a LPN II, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse II will provide direct and individualized nursing care to an assigned group of patients under the direction of a registered nurse or provider. This includes observing, reporting, and recording medical information and nursing care provided in the electronic medical record. The LPN II will also instruct patients and families according to the teaching plans and communicate with the healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of individualized patient care.

Requirements
  • Currently licensed to practice as a licensed practical nurse by the state of employment or holds a multistate LPN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact or eligible for licensure in the state of employment.
  • One (1) year of LPN experience required.
  • BLS Certification required prior to orientation.
