- Work with insurance companies to assist with billing and coding, obtaining pre-approval for treatment as needed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with service providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain professionalism and treat patients with respect, providing excellent customer service and a supportive environment.
- Perform and collect specimens accurately, utilizing phlebotomy skills to ensure high-quality results.
- Collect data and create spreadsheets to track patient information and treatment outcomes.
- Proven experience as a patient care coordinator, receptionist, or front desk staff, with familiarity with EMR systems a plus.
- Must have phlebotomy experience, with a certified phlebotomist preferred.
- Valid license or certification, with a strong commitment to customer service and excellent bedside manner.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster shots, and bring their own laptop or tablet to work.
- Must be able to commute to Santa Monica, CA.
