About the RoleThe Regional Sales Lead will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, managing relationships with key accounts, and executing strategic initiatives to expand our product portfolio.
This exciting opportunity requires a results-driven professional with exceptional sales skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for building strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with key customers, including on-premise and off-premise accounts
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products, promote existing brands, and drive business growth
- Providing market insights and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
- Servicing all customers in a safe and productive manner while increasing points of distribution according to our executional standards

Requirements- 3+ years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry
- Valid US Driver's License and willingness to travel up to 90% with dependable transportation
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift and transport up to 35 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated base salary range of $90,000-$120,000 USD.
