ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Providing a seamless check-in and ticketing experience for passengers
- Utilizing our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
- Loading, unloading, and sorting freight, mail, and baggage in a safe manner
- Operating company vehicles to transport bags to their destination
- Working in all weather conditions and varying shifts, including irregular and/or extended hours, weekends, and holidays
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- Hold a valid driver's license (some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role)
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
