About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of United Airlines, providing top-notch support to our customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring a positive experience for our passengers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their queries.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve productivity goals and maintain statistical excellence in all areas.
  • Consistently deliver a standard-setting product to our customers, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty.
  • Maintain an ergonomically correct work area, adhering to United Airlines' safety and health guidelines.


Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Hebrew (written and spoken).
  • Computer literacy, including the ability to learn airline-specific reservation/ticketing software and resolve problems via the computer.
  • At least one year of experience in sales, customer contact, call center, customer service, or other related work.
  • Ability to work any shift within a 24-hour/day, 7-day/week operation, including late nights, early hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position.
  • Able to pass a 10-year security background check.


What Will Help You Succeed

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • 2+ years of contact center and call center experience.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Airport experience (operations, customer service, baggage, customer solutions).
