Diverse Dining Options:
WORLD SPA features several world-class dining venues, including REN, a fine dining restaurant in collaboration with a Michelin Star Chef, offering a menu that highlights international specialties crafted from the finest natural ingredients. Additionally, the WORLD SPA LOUNGE provides a vibrant atmosphere for guests to enjoy artisanal teas, crafted cocktails, and fresh sushi, while BIRCH&OAK offers a VIP experience with its own bar and outdoor terrace.

Role Summary:
As a Guest Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for guests, assisting with reservations and providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing appointment bookings, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage spa appointment bookings, changes, and cancellations.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests entering and exiting the spa.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies during the check-in, check-out, and payment processes.
  • Provide comprehensive information about spa treatments, packages, services, and operational hours.
  • Utilize spa management software proficiently to document guest information.
  • Promote spa services, treatments, and retail offerings actively.
  • Maintain professional relationships with guests, ensuring personalized service.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Uphold confidentiality regarding all guest matters in line with company policy.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment.
  • Communicate inventory needs to management as necessary.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and remain at your designated post.
  • Contribute positively to the work environment and team dynamics.
  • Participate in training and staff meetings regularly.
  • Report any significant occurrences involving staff or guests to management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably within a hotel or spa environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
