World Spa Club serves as a VIP area for our Members, featuring a dedicated Lounge, Bar, and Restaurant, along with an outdoor terrace for enjoyment during their Spa visit or independently. Members can order from the Ren restaurant, receiving exceptional service and special attention.

Additionally, World Spa includes two exclusive Private Rooms, each equipped with its own Russian banya, accommodating groups of 25 and 15 guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking tools.
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking (e.g., chopping vegetables, cutting meat).
  • Utilize various utensils or grills for food preparation.
  • Monitor food while cooking to ensure proper stirring or turning.
  • Present dishes attractively before serving.
  • Maintain a sanitized and organized kitchen environment.
  • Ensure proper storage of food and other items.
  • Assess the quality of ingredients.
  • Track inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Prepare meals for guests.
  • Measure, mix, and prep ingredients according to recipes.
  • Cook meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients using various methods (steaming, grilling, boiling, baking, frying).
  • Verify the freshness of food and ingredients.
  • Arrange and garnish dishes for presentation.
  • Perform well under pressure and within time constraints.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils.
  • Assist in leading and motivating kitchen staff alongside the restaurant manager.
  • Impress our guests with exceptional dishes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cook, including proficiency with cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware.
  • Familiarity with various cooking techniques and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.).
  • Ability to adhere to all sanitation protocols.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent physical condition and stamina.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma from a culinary school is a plus.
  • Food Handler's license.
  • Training and certification in food health and safety.
