Chief Storytelling Officer

Celebrating its position as the creator and leader of SASE, Cato Networks invites an experienced Senior Manager, Customer Storytelling to lead its global customer storytelling program. This role will shape and execute strategies that amplify Cato's value proposition through customer voices and stories, ultimately driving business results.
About the Role- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer storytelling strategy that showcases Cato's category leadership and reputation in the industry.
- Lead the development and execution of compelling customer case studies that build brand awareness and deepen engagement with existing and prospective customers.
- Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to recruit customer stories that align with key marketing, brand, and sales initiatives.
- Liaise with customers and Cato's customer success and content teams to develop content that effectively communicates the company's vision, strategy, brand, value proposition, and key differentiation.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building customer case study programs, experience in identifying and cultivating customer stories told through PR, written and video case studies, blog posts, speaking opportunities, and more. They will be able to work independently, drive initiatives, and manage timely deliverables with strong communication and cross-functional partnering skills.
This is a highly visible and cross-functional role that requires regular communication with Cato's communications, corporate marketing, product marketing, sales leadership, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of technology marketing and communications, exceptional written, verbal, and visual communications skills, and the ability to translate complex technology messages into simple, memorable, and repeatable language.
Requirements and Qualifications- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in customer advocacy and communications with a track record of impact in B2B tech marketing at strategic and operational levels.
- A passion for storytelling, supported by outstanding abilities in written, verbal, and visual communications.
- Superior project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Deep technology product experience required; cyber security experience strongly preferred.
- Able to collaborate with senior management and internal and external partners across multiple teams and disciplines.
Cato Networks offers a competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
