Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Clinic RN to provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment. As a Clinic RN, you will be responsible for assessing, identifying, planning, implementing, and evaluating all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 18 months professional nursing experience
