Job Summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Clackamas, Oregon. As a Staff Nurse in our Electrophysiology Lab, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate as a member of the healthcare team in delivering quality patient care, supporting Kaiser Permanente's mission, vision, and values.
  • Provide a variety of nursing services, both in-person and by phone, utilizing the nursing process and leadership skills to address acute and chronic patient needs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement plans of care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Act as an advocate for patients, families, and communities, promoting health education and disease prevention.
  • Participate in ongoing continuing education activities, staying up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • Minimum two (2) years of RN experience in acute care or ambulatory care/clinic setting within the last five (5) years.
  • Two (2) years of experience in inpatient or outpatient cardiac unit.
  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
  • Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided).
