Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in cloud and edge computing, DevOps, and system administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services for our clients' cloud and edge infrastructure. This includes resolving technical issues, analyzing logs, and performing basic changes on source code packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier II and Tier III resolution of technical inquiries and escalations from Fulfillment Centers
  • Troubleshoot issues on both AWS cloud service and edge device levels
  • Write documentation, such as guides and runbooks
  • Analyze logs and determine root causes of system failures
  • Perform basic changes on source code packages
  • Understand and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines
  • Perform basic networking and Linux services troubleshooting
  • Engage with customers to resolve technical inquiries and escalations
  • Identify and address trending performance issues and improvement opportunities
  • Capture customer feedback and leverage field experience to improve product design and development priorities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps and/or SysAdmin
  • Strong understanding of AWS services, particularly Systems Manager, CloudWatch, Lambda, and API Gateway
  • Proficiency in Linux OS troubleshooting and basic networking concepts
  • Experience with TypeScript and Python
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and practices
  • Knowledge of edge computing and IoT device management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and writing skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
